How to Trade Up to new Lightspeed ANR headset:
Step 2
Proceed with checkout. Enter the promotional code (see tables below) designated to your trade-in headset(s) in order for your credit to be applied after receipt of your trade-in. Remember to click “Apply Promo” otherwise you will not receive your credit. Please note: We accept one trade per headset purchase.
Step 3
Print out 2 copies of the order confirmation you receive via email. Keep one copy for your files.
Step 4
Box up your old headset and include the other copy of the order confirmation inside. Write your order number on top of the box.
Step 5
Ship your old headset to the address below within 30 days from purchase.

At this time, all new Lightspeed products now have a 90-day money-back guarantee. Trade Up credit values and the program itself are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
